Role Overview:
We’re looking for a data-driven, highly flexible and creative Paid Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms to drive growth, engagement, and conversions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our paid media efforts align with broader marketing and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Identify new growth opportunities by testing emerging channels, audiences, and creative approaches.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize for ROI and efficiency.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and visuals.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and insights, presenting findings to internal teams and leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on growth across channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Industry Sector: Fintech, Wallets, Crypto currencies or related industries
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in growth marketing for startups or high-growth environments.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies and lifecycle marketing.
- Experience with CRM & marketing automation.
